Job Advert Summary:
To pick and locate boxes and files as required and to perform driving duties as and when required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picks boxes and files in accordance with picking slips.
- Locates boxes and files in accordance with location label.
- Corrects misfiled items and reports anomalies or exceptions to Operations & Facilities Supervisor.
- Cleans and tidies Retention Centre for purposes of good housekeeping.

- Perform duties in various departments as requested.
- Perform Driver duties as and when required.
- Perform packing duties at clients as and when required.
- Audit boxes in bays.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE:Â
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Matric Certificate is a minimum requirement/Diploma in Customer Service/Logistics/Administration. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position within a retail/logistics/warehousing/ supply chain/processing environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Must pay attention to detail.

- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to work independently and adhere to deadlines and strict turnaround times.
- Must have business acumen and be able to communicate at all levels.
- Must be professional at all times.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have a valid Code 10 driver’s license and PDP.
